On June 23rd, the Academy of Couture Art presented their annual Le Reve Fashion Gala at the Sofitel in Beverly Hillls. Le Reve Fashion Gala gives the students of the Academy a chance to showcase their own couture creations in a traditional runway show to a ballroom full of LA's fashion elite.
The theme of this year's Le Reve Fashion Gala was 'Life can be a dream' and that certainly was the case with HRH Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark, Actress Samantha Mumba from "Time Machine", and Countess Michelle Czernin Von Chudenitz-Morzin seated at the table with me.
HRH Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark, who currently acts in the daytime show "The Bold and The Beautiful" stated "I am proud to see the next generation of Couture Designers creating such fantastic pieces."
Founded six years ago in Los Angeles by a french Couture Designer, The Academy of Couture Art is now ranked 23rd in Top 50 fashion schools around the globe ,according to a recent poll done by Forbes. It ranked in the top 25 Fashion Schools and Programs Across the Globe, along side OTIS College of Art and Design, and the Savannah College of Art and Design.
