Sorbet is one of my favorite frozen desserts, because it is so easy and fresh. My cooking philosophy is all about using a few ingredients and letting the food shine. Sorbets focus on one or two great fruits and use the other ingredients to help make them amazing. A great sorbet should almost be like taking a bite of fresh fruit, only much colder! This new recipe is a follow up to my orange sorbet recipe, which is a much sweeter citrus dessert.
