Is Frozen Pizza a Nutritious Meal?

Sometimes I get home from work and can't even fathom cooking dinner (and you know I love to cook!). My husband's not much of a chef, so on nights like those it's either go out, order in, or grab something from the freezer. If we're trying to save money, we'll choose option #3, which for us, more often than not, means a frozen pizza. While it's hard to justify fresh pizza as a nutritious meal, frozen pizza seems even worse--and often tastes like it. But recently on a trip to Whole Foods I spied their Whole Foods Market brand (not their usual 365) Wood-Fired Pizza with Stracchino Cheese and Arugula and I knew I had to try it. The arugula on the picture promised real greens and the cheese sounded yummy and interesting. After studying the ingredients, I found that not only could I pronounce all of them but I actually knew what everything was. In fact, there really isn't much more to it then flour, water, yeast, cheese, salt, pepper, and arugula. So while it may not be the healthiest thing one could eat, it's much better than other frozen foods with tons of additives, or what you might order at a restaurant, where you have no idea what they're putting in your food--but it's often a lot of cream and butter! Do you think it's possible for frozen pizza to be nutritious?
