QuestionEdit

QUESTION: heater hoses are both hot to the touch but still no heat

ANSWER: Hi Luke, It sounds like an issue with the 'blend air door' but first you can do a self-diagnosis that may conform that theory. Tell me if this is a conventional or an automatic temp control type of control panel in the car. Please 'rate' my answer (see below). Thanks, Roland

QUESTION: it is automatic climate controll

AnswerEdit

Hi Luke, I would suggest that you take advantage of the self-test capability of the ATC control. Start the engine and let it idle. Then simultaneously press the floor/mix/defrost buttons (1st,2nd and 4th in top row), then watch for the display to start blinking, then release the buttons. Then wait while the unit does its diagnosis and watch for any two digit numbers to appear in the readout. After the first number, press the 'panel' button (1st on bottom row) to display another code, if present, etc. Let me know the numbers, if any, and we can go from there. Please rate my answer (see below). Thanks, Roland
