Packing School Lunches for Picky Eaters

If you've got a child who is a picky eater, preparing school lunches can be frustrating. Most kids who are picky eaters will decide on one or two different things they'll agree to eat for lunch and that's about it. Then, parents rotate between the peanut butter and jelly and the crackers and cheese for the entire school year.

Don't allow a picky eater's habits to impact their health. There are things you can do to ensure that your child is learning to eat a healthy diet without forcing him to eat.
