When the Color app launched in March 2011 it let people take photos and share instantly with others nearby running the app. For example, you could take a picture of your office and anyone within a few feet of your location and also using the app could see the photo. It was a unique way to share photos but also a little creepy because you didn't know who was looking at your photos.

Color went back to the drawing board and what they came up with is much better. The revamped Color app allows users to instantly capture and share live video broadcasts and photos with family and friends via Facebook, iOS and Android. So no more sharing with random strangers. And now you can also share video but not just any video but an actual live broadcast. Let's say you are at the company softball championship and your job wins. You can quickly record and share the live celebration with your co-workers, family and friends on your Facebook page.

Give the Color App a try and share what you think.
