If you love to cook and hosted Thanksgiving, chances are that you have a refrigerator full of leftovers. I know I do! But you may not want to have the same things over and over for days. Why not reuse some of your Thanksgiving dishes as something different?
I'm not talking about making turkey soup (my turkey bones are still in the fridge awaiting this fate, which might not happen), but using your leftover cranberry sauce for ice cream. Homemade cranberry sauce is wonderful with a sweet, vanilla ice cream. If you didn't make some for Thanksgiving, consider making it for Christmas. It's a great addition to a Christmas ham as well!
