With only two days to go until Christmas, are you getting excited about the holiday? This season is such a fun time to spend with loved ones, enjoying good company, gifts and great food. For me, this has been a particularly special year because it is the first time that I've hosted all the major holidays in my own home!
If you haven't quite planned your Christmas dinner yet, there's plenty of time. It's not too late to add a touch of peppermint to your holiday feast, or to make a cranberry sauce as an ice cream topping, or as a dish for Christmas. I'm thinking of making it to serve with ham for dinner itself, then spooning the leftovers over ice cream for dessert.
