I've been working to perfect a raspberry chocolate chip semifreddo recipe, and I think I finally got the recipe right. It's a delicious frozen treat with a creamy and icy texture that is reminiscent of ice cream, but is something completely different.
I was inspired to create this flavor by the Häagen-Dazs® white chocolate raspberry truffle flavor of ice cream. the background of this ice cream is a creamy white chocolate, with chunks of dark chocolate truffle and raspberry sauce. It's one of my favorite store-bought ice cream flavors, and I can't get enough of it. So I decided to take the concept and turn it into a semifreddo recipe!
