Refurbishing and Repairing Furniture in Small Spaces

Trying to refurbish, paint and even repair furniture while living in an apartment is tough sometimes, especially with the amount of rain we've been having this fall. I usually refurbish and repair my thrift store and roadside finds out on my patio, but I haven't been able to lately with all of the rain, humidity and the persistent puddles on the patio floor. A couple of weekends ago, while visiting family, I took advantage of my grandpa's outdoor workshop and refurbished a nice wooden chair I grabbed at a local thrift store.
