Turn a Glass Coffee Carafe into a Planter

I picked up a glass coffee carafe at a local thrift store yesterday for only 99 cents (hurray for 50% off Wednesdays)! I'm a huge coffee lover, so I created a cute coffee-themed planter for the bistro table on my patio just in time for summer. Now I have something pretty to look at while I sit and sip my morning coffee.
