Refurbishing on a Budget

If you're on a tight budget this summer, but you've picked up a great piece of used furniture at a garage sale or thrift store that you want to refurbish. Don't put off your project. Instead, ask your friends, family and neighbors if you can borrow any tools and supplies, shop sales and discount bins and clip coupons. It's possible to still get your refurbishing projects done when you don't have a lot of money.
