Happy Tuesday. Here's your daily workout of the day. It's broken up by your distance goals:

- Swim workout

Do 10 - 20 for Sprint training, 30 minutes for Olympic training, 40 minutes for Half-Ironman training, and 45 minutes for Ironman training.

Also, do some strength training today (aim for a full-body workout, with 2 sets of 12 reps).
