In a previous article, we talked about setting goals for the new triathlon season, building your draft Race Calendar, and building your initial training plan. We said that in general, a training plan has four parts:
- Train to train,
- Build your aerobic base,
- Sharpen your focus,
- Rehearse and taper,
In this article, we'll look at the first two of those.
