'01 neon: clock spring replacement

Hi Roland i got 2001 dodge neon and the airbag light just came on since couple of weeks and horn stopped working as well.According to you i need to replace a clock spring right can you please give me some guide lines how i can do it myself?

Hi Gary, I have a hard copy of the '01 manual and a digital copy of the '04 manual which are quite similar. I can send you the 6 pages from the '04 manual as an attachment to an email, or I can photocopy the '01 manual and postal mail it to you. If you want the email then ask a new PRIVATE question wherein you list the email address in the text of the question. You have to make it a private question or the address is automatically erased and I won't get it. If you want the hard copy tell me you your postal mailing address instead.
