QuestionEdit

MY RADIO JUST STOPPED PLAYING. I TURN THE KNOB OFF AND ON NUMEROUS TIMES TO TRY TO GET IT TO PLAY AGAIN. SOMETIMES IT HELPS AND OTHER TIMES IT DOES NOTHING. NOW THE RADIO HAS STOPPED ALL TOGETHER. WHAT SHOULD I DO AND WHERE SHOULD I LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM?

AnswerEdit

Hi Patricia, The power for the radio comes from a 10 amp fuse located in the fuse box behind the cap on the left end of the dash. It is the next to the frontmost fuse in the top row and is labelled as #2. So take a look at that fuse to see if it might be blown or have a subtle crack in its internal wire which would explain the prior go-no go behavior. Let me know if that is not the problem. Please 'rate' my answer (see below). Thanks, Roland
