You need to be far more specific than that. Does the engine crank? Do you have any type of battery power? What lighter? Rear? Front? Did lighter fuse blow with dome? Did fire ensue? Was their smoke? How did penny stick in lighter? Did this have a starter interrupt installed in the lighter socket?
