he is losing control of body,very unstable , some shaking, vomiting,some walking in circles,eyes look different,was fine this morning,started acting different this evening

This sounds like something that should be seen at an emergency clinic ASAP. I know it is Christmas but the signs you describe are concerning. Possibilities include: toxin, epilepsy, vestibular disease, diseases of the brain. This does not sound like it should wait. Hope you are able to get him help soon. Dr. G.
