Adding electrical outlet

I want to add an electrical outlet about 5 feet above the current electrical outlet, but the secondary set of screws on the lower outlet are already taken. Is there a way I can stil get power from the lower outlet.

I am mounting a T.V. and all the electrical needs to be hidden.

What you want to do is take all the wire you need to put together under one wire nut. Make sure you have a pare of jumper wire to feed your outlet. If this is unclear to you or feel complicated I hope you call in an electrician to do this for you. It is doable and enjoy your TV.
