Adding sales of a particular date

QUESTION: Kindly help me with the following. I want to have the sales proceed(product 1) of my sales exec ranjeet of the date 1-08-2010 in another sheet. The sheet 2 should be in auto mode so that i can select a particular date and the sales rep to get his sales figure of that day. Is this possible? if yes please help
