I do hope you can help me. You asked what operating system I am using. I am using Vista. I don't know what version of- my Microsoft isif that helps.

Thanks for additional information.does not provide the feature you are describing butdoes. To add toolbar with show/hide: Tools | Options | check Show Standard and... and Always show full menus if not already checked. Make sure Show full menus... is not checked | Close.

I understand the need to check for spacing that could render emails useless. I would suggest copying the cells to be checked intoand click the show/hide button to see if any addresses require repair and then change inand copy/paste intoor make changes directly in Excel.
