Attic lights/outlets

What's your opinion on this setup: I'm installing a circuit for attic lights in my older home. I will also be putting in outlets up there because I will be adding security cameras on the outside of the house, near the soffets. I'd like to do the attic lights and camera outlets on separate circuits, but I only have five spaces left in my breaker box. What would you do?

You really shouldn't need 5 circuits up there. The lights and cameras use very little power.

When a box becomes full, it is normally time for an upgrade. A 200 amp box has 40 slots. Some people install a sub panel, but that really doesn't add capacity.
