Ceiling fan/light

I would like to install a ceiling fan with light. I want both the fan and light to be controlled independently. I also want them to be on three way switches so that they can be controlled from opposite sides of the room. I currently have power in at one of the switches with 12/3 wire to the ceiling fan/light and 12/3 wire from the ceiling fan/light to the other switch. I know I need additional wiring to complete this. What would be the easiest way to accomplish this?

You will need two pairs of 3 conductor wire between the two switch locations. The fan can be wired between the switches, or after the switches.
