My wife bought this clock in 1977 it has server us well over the years!! The 1/4-1/2-3/4 stopped working. Can u tell me what to do???

Because of the Allexperts queue of the limited number of questions per day, will you respond to my shop email address with the model number of the movement, which can be found on the back plate of the movement. Include all the information you can find, and if you can provide a digital photo of the back of the movement it would help.
