Condition formatting in

Hi.I have a list of 4 or 5 persons in which each are handling different customers.I have a list of customers with different colors assigned to each person.So ,for example wherever there is color yellow in the below table "it should give the count for no of yellows that person has" .In future if i want to add few more customers it should automatically change the number.Hope i m clear with my question and get the best answer of it.Please find the attached file for further info.

You are having the solution in your hand and you are searching it in somewhere. The solution is how you have highlighted the cells in conditional formatting? Definitely you should have provided some condition or formula. Why don't to use the same method to get the count?
