I want to select one doc file from the folder usingmacro & save it insheet. then select 2nddoc file and copy & paste in thesheet

Sorry, I am not a macro expert, so I do not know how to write the code for your macro. I suggest that you reask the question of another allexperts person. Check the resumes for someone who is VBA proficient and I'm sure you can get a good answer.
