Disconnected 230v outlet at fuse panel

I have a 230v outlet for my ac but it has to be un hooked at the fuse panel when they hooked up central air. I want to know how to find out which wires need to be hooked up in fuse panel to get the plug to work? I tested the wires but no power is available. Please help!

I'm not sure I understand your question. I do understand central air is going to feel great!!!Hooking you and unhooking 220 volts is dangerous. Why do you want to do this yourself? If you are having trouble testing the wires you should stop because you are running the risk of becoming a human tester. (x-x)Zap!! Safety first, I don't want you to hurt yourself.
