QuestionEdit

I am trying to create an inventory that is several pages long and that must be printed several times a month and must be constantly updated. I have created a format that perfectly fits a printed page, that I do not want to change. Is there a way to keep the format exactly as is and enter new data without inserting rows, and changing the format? I have tried linking the individual cells to a master database, however whenever I insert a row in the master the linked cells skip the inserted row. Please help, I'm at a loss.

AnswerEdit

I THINK you would be best to do this in one of the following ways (1) use INDIRECT function to get the data (2) use VBA to update the data (3) use mail merge to generate the data

Difficult to be more precise on the information given, but happy to help further and if it helps my email is aidan.heritage@virgin.net
