Excel formula for a timesheet

Question

I am trying to create (modify existing) timesheet that is used by staff in our organisation that will enable staff to enter their start finish time and time off for lunch breaks, to then give a hours worked (only get paid for hours worked).

I can forward you a copy of the time sheet that I am attempting to modify if that would assist you.

If you could advise next step, would be appreciated.
