i want to upgrade any two or one grade (A1,A,B1,B,C1,C,D,E1,E2)from cell range B2:B7 to next higher grade. condition is when cell B10 = 30 or more two grade should upgrade to next higher, if cell B10 value = 16-30, only one grade should upgrade. (selection of the grade which should upgrade must be lowest one in the cell range B2:B7)

I assume that the only thing you want to see in B2:b7 is one or two upgraded grades if appropriate
