Hyperlink problem

I've created a folder that contains both anfile that has a column of hyperlink formulas that link to pdfs in the same folder. After creating thefile, all hyperlinks to the pdfs worked. I then zipped the file, and sent it off to a colleague at work. After unzipping the file, the hyperlinks in my colleagues'file would not open and gave the following error message: cannot open the specified file. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

There's not enough information to know. One thing to always check. Different computers may be mapped to the network drives differently. So what you use as the G: drive may be the H: drive for him. So links on your computer might not work on his. Check the network drive mapping. Also, what happens when he tries to open those files directly? What happens when he tries to make a hyperlink to the files? Investigate that way.
