QuestionEdit

- I have learned so much from all of your posts! I'm hoping you can help me with a problem. I have a spreadsheet with 5 sheets, called: report_card, teacher1, teacher2, teacher3, and teacher4. The report card is basically a template that is populated with hlookup formulas that I need to pull from the teacher tabs. On the teacher sheets, I have student names across the top (one student per column) and the rows are populated with subjects. For example, cell B1 reads "Mark Smith", cell A2 reads "Spelling" and cell B2 reads "A", cell A3 is "Math" and cell B3 is "C" (just as an example). I have hlookup formulas on my report card tab populating the grades onto the report card template. What I need to do is create a macro that will populate all of the grades for the first student, print the report card, and then populate the grades for the next student, then print that report card, etc. until I print all of the students report cards for one class and then continue onto the next tab to repeat the process for teachers 2, 3, and 4. There is a different number of students in each class. Is this possible? Any help you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!!!

AnswerEdit

meggan,

can you send me you workbook. Just saying Hlookup doesn't tell me what I need to change to populate the report_Card sheet. If I can see the workbook, I can probably figure out what needs to be done.
