Opening files with macro security

When I open a particular file, it brings up the Macro Security box, requesting to disable or enable macros. No matter which selection I choose, once I get into the actual spreadsheet I cannot find any macros (using the Alt F8) command. My ultimate goal is to get rid of this dialogue box from coming up each time I open the file and not having any macros whatsoever.

Slightly annoying one - IF the sheet has EVER had macros, this warning comes up - the only fix I know of is to copy ALL sheets to another workbook, close the original and SaveAs on the new one -this new one will NOT have the warning as it has never had a macro on it!
