Use formatting more times

Question

On ansheet normally we can use the conditional formatting 3 times. But is there any way so that we can use the conditional formatting more than three times. If yes, then please provide me a sample file...

Udyad, I assume by three times, I assume you mean three conditions for any individual cell.

in Excel 2003 and earlier, only three conditions. (technically you actually have 4 conditions since you have the default formatting). If you need more conditions, you have to use a macro.
