ON THE BACK THIS CLOCK HAS 3 SETTINGS FOR CHIMES AND MUSIC AND I CANT GET IT TO WORK. IT IS A HERMLE QUARTZ BOX ON THE BACK. DO YOU KNOW WHERE I MIGHT GET INSTRUCTIONS. THANKS ANN

Ann, what doesn't work? Do you see a model number on the back of the movement (black box). On some models there are various functions such as time, dual chime, volume, chime off, night off, etc. Are the batteries in correctly? Some older models will not work with Energizer batteries, the newer models have been revised to correct this problem. Let me know.
