What funcition to use and how to set up

 We run an afterschool club and would like to set up spreadsheet to help me invoice the parents at the end of each term.

The club runs from 3.30pm to 5.45pm monday to firday, I would like to enter the time they finish each day andto caluclate the number of hour for the week. I'm not sure what i need to use eg <if> of pivot tables


There are many different techniques inyou can use to break apart dates or times into their component parts, add or subtract dates, and figure out how much time is elapsed between two dates.
