Plants Feel Stress, Too

We all feel stressed sometimes. We didn't get enough to eat at breakfast, or we didn't get enough sleep last night, or your teacher assigned too much homework.

Did you know plants can be stressed, too? Obviously, plants don't get stressed for the same reasons listed above; those stress factors are mostly limited to humans. Although, it is true that plants get stressed if they don't get enough nutrients or water -- sort of like when you don't eat your breakfast.
