The venue doubles as a private residence and guests cozy up to just 50 of their new best friends instead of the thousands that flood Atlanta's streets during its annual festivals. Singers, filmmakers, scholars and storytellers show up, sometimes with only a day's notice, to entertain the intimate gathering.
