The winner of this year's annual World's Ugliest Dog contest hails from the United Kingdom. The 8-year-old Chinese crested rescue dog, Mugly, is accustomed to the attention for his glorious mug. He was also recognized as Britain's ugliest dog in 2005.
I had my money on Icky, who resembles a combination of Stripe from Gremlins and Yoda. I'd like to see a similar contest in Atlanta to represent the South's reigning champion.
