Venison Week in Atlanta ends Tomorrow

BLT Steak in Atlanta closes down "Venison Week" tomorrow on Sunday the 16h.

Its Boucherie Dinner series is lead by Chef Cyrille Holota. This month it's all about venison. How many ways can you prepare venison? Apparently enough to hold a month long series on how to incorporate parts of the whole deer into dinner.

A prixe fix menu costs $65 per person. Spend another $25 for wine pairings by sommelier Dorine Buche.
